Our Program
The Margaret McFarland Learning Academy is a Therapeutic Day School for students K-12th grade. The instructional program is specifically designed to help students succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially.
Curriculum and Instruction
Students in this program will participate in a comprehensive curriculum based on state standards combined with evidenced-based instruction, engaging technology, and academic accommodations.
Social Skills Instruction
Social skills instruction is integrated throughout the day and provided to teach appropriate interpersonal communication skills, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Therapeutic Services
Our therapeutic program provides comprehensive mental health services to promote mental wellness for all students and identifies and addresses problems before they escalate or become chronic.
